What Makes Us Different.

 Management is spectacular! Laurie has been such a great help with my move in. This is a great place to live, it's peaceful, very quiet, and maintenance takes care of work orders fast! 

 I moved in about 6 months ago and absolutely LOVE living here! The apartments are beautiful and unique, the new management is attentive and always helpful, and my maintenance needs have always been handled quickly! They are doing great things here! 

 I’ve lived there for half a year now and I love living at the y lofts. It’s provided good, safe, and affordable housing for people in the area. The new leasing manager Laurie is fantastic. She gets back to you quick,  helps with anything that you need, and is a friendly face in the mornings! The cleaning/maintenance team is equally amazing, they keep it clean and everything working. We also get a discount at the new/better ymca just down the street. I love this amazing space for people to live.

 I love living in this cool place! I relocated here a few months back from out of state. I’ve had nothing but a positive experience. Laurie, the leasing manager, is professional and handles any questions promptly. I love Downtown living. The library, shops, and restaurants are in close proximity. Most importantly, I feel safe.
