The space also hosts resident events throughout the year, fostering a strong sense of community within our historic building.

Y Lofts residents can enjoy the convenience and security of a multi-level covered parking garage located on-site. Each resident who elects parking receives a designated parking space, a garage access clicker, and a vehicle parking tag for easy access and identification. Protected from the elements and just steps from your apartment.

Water and trash services are included in your monthly rent for added convenience. Residents are responsible for electricity based on individual usage, as well as internet/Wi-Fi service.

We know pets are family, and we're happy to welcome them at Y Lofts! We allow one pet per apartment with a one-time pet deposit of $250 and a monthly pet fee of $25 per pet. A 50-pound weight limit applies.

Our covered, multi-level parking garage offers secure and convenient parking exclusively for Y Lofts residents. Access to the garage is restricted through resident-only key fob entry. Garage parking is available for $125 per month.

To reserve your new home at Y Lofts, a security deposit equal to one month's rent is required. This deposit is refundable at the end of your lease term, subject to the conditions outlined in your lease agreement and the condition of the apartment upon move-out.
